O’Chiese Education Authority is currently accepting applications for one Adult and E-Learning Education Coordinator for a flexible start date.
The applicant will:
- have a background specialized in high school and adult education teaching strategies
- have experience teaching students from grades 10-12 and adult learners
- have organizational skills
- have the ability to manage students who are completing different course methods (online learning & in-person adult learning)
- be familiar with online course delivery
- have the ability to communicate effectively with students, community members and other stakeholders in the e-learning and adult education programs.
Our school has approximately 240 students from K-12, 18 teaching staff, and 17 support staff. Our school offers traditional Saulteaux language and land-based classes to students. Our community is located in the foothills with a beautiful scenic view of the Canadian Rockies, close to local parks, within a 45-minute drive of Rocky Mountain House and approximately 2.5 hour drive to Banff, Jasper, Calgary and Edmonton.
